this lady is right. i was 250 lbs by the time i was 16 years ancient. i was 212lbs in 7th grade. Someone should have helped me. No one guided me and now I have become and obese adult.

This lady is so right! I was overweight all my life and its really heart breaking when I was the one that had to help myself because my parents didn’t even care. I lost 50 pounds the summer previous to 9th grade (high school) because I couldn’t stand being so unhealthy and now 3 years later I am in fantastic shape and still blame my parents for the terrible childhood and embarrassing moments I had…I was permanently the kid who was out of breath after 10 mins or the kid who had to wear a shirt in the pool…
