Hey Ava! You’re the best and such an inspiration. I just recently learned who you were when I was google-ing “Ava” because I’m going to change my name. I found a fantastic inspiration to go for my lady body building dreams as well as a fantastic name. You’re so alive and bright eyed! I want to be like that ;-)

  3. AntiMale says:

Wow, passionate high-tech leg additional room machine.

BTW, I’m a huge Ava fan. I’m a female who also lifts and she’s on my top 5 favorite and most inspirational.

I’d like to see you make bay scallops and shrimp, these meals take under8 minutes so, they’d be fantastic additions to any diet. Excellent job on this one!

im unusual now, so what do you reckon of MONSTER milk, its nearly half the stout, mainly excellent quick like coconut oils, MCT fats and more ??

  15. avacowan says:

I will see what videos we have coming up..I am not too sure that “cheat” and “healthy” can go together, but maybe some excellent food that isn’t as unhealthy as the regular versions. I will keep you posted. There is a lot of stout in muscle milk…and hopefully you are having a carbohydrate fund as well.:)

I for got to add I work out 2-4 times a week 30 mins -1 1/2 hour depending on my energy level….
But I did manage to baggy like 8 pounds

  17. CVSOteam says:

Teach us how to make healthy “cheat foods”
I mainly use muscle milk in the mornings for breakfast but I eat normal meals at home but I am not lean yet… :(

  18. avacowan says:

What type of protein drink would you like? All of mine only have the protein and water lol…never TOO tasty as that usually equates to MORE calories:)

  19. avacowan says:

Thank you very much extremenergy3, I am so glad that you liked the video.:)

  20. avacowan says:

    Hi Pleased-

You just need to find protein sources from foods other than meat…so just look up foods online and write down how much protein each food has in it. Then just eat sufficient to fulfill your protein requirements. That may translate into more food but not necessarily.

  21. extremenergy3 says:

Wow, I saw this on someone’s bodyspace favorite’d videos… Very informative. You are very knowledgable Ava! Keep up the fantastic work!

  22. happy402 says:
