I had a cup of OJ, 4 mini tomatoes, 4 cheese slices, 2 eggs and 1 piece of whole wheat toast today for breakfast so i thought i would see what other ppl were having
also after I eat my breakfast I take vitamins.

I know that Flax Seed can be a little spendy but it you have a store called The Grocery Outlet aka The Canned Food Store, they usually have flax seed liquid, whole or crushed at half the price you would pay else where. They also carry a huge selection of healthy cereals with flax seed.

1.Special K Plus Protein Cereal with a piece of fruit.
2.Breakfast Pizza(Whole Grain Toast,Tomato Sauce,Light Cheese)
3.Morning Sundae(Light Yogurt,Chopped up fruit and almonds)
4.2 Scrambled egg2,piece of whole grain toast and half an orange

i have one cup cooked oatmeal with wheat germ, a banana, and a couple blueberries with skim milk.
OR!
one scrambled egg with salsa, an english muffin with a thin layer of jam or peanut butter, and a banana/bunch of berries
both are filling and delicious

I always had plenty amount of sleep, but I am so used to waking up without breakfast because of my unhealthy lifestyle. I always wake up and have 2 meals at a time (breakfast and lunch), I just wonder is that the reason that I am not being able to concentrate at uni and always feel sleepy? Thanks
