I know that Flax Seed can be a modest spendy but it you have a store called The Grocery Vehicle aka The Canned Food Store, they usually have flax seed liquid, whole or crushed at half the price you would pay else where. They also carry a huge selection of healthy cereals with flax seed.
These breakfast receipes are simple and tasty, especially the fruit smoothy. Yum Yum!
1.Special K Plus Protein Cereal with a piece of fruit.
2.Breakfast Pizza(Whole Grain Toast,Tomato Sauce,Set alight Cheese)
3.Morning Sundae(Set alight Yogurt,Chopped up fruit and almonds)
4.2 Scrambled egg2,piece of whole grain toast and half an orange

Veggie Omlet with Cheese on Toast
Veggie Omlet Burrito with Salsa and Sour Cream
a banana and instant oatmeal or granola bar.

I usualy (when I have the time to have breafast) just mix some sliced fruits and a yogurt.

i have one cup cooked oatmeal with wheat germ, a banana, and a couple blueberries with skim milk.

I permanently had plenty amount of sleep, but I am so used to waking up without breakfast because of my unhealthy lifestyle. I permanently wake up and have 2 meals at a time (breakfast and lunch), I just wonder is that the reason that I am not being able to concentrate at uni and permanently feel sleepy? Thanks
