    If you eat more, & still not getting fatter, well, scientists say that when you r an adult, & eaten loads of stuff in the past, that CAN effect with your weight as an adult.

    You are really incorrect. The body used carbs stored as glycogen in the muscles as its primary fund of energy. The secondary fund is stout. If you jog and maintain your butt heart rate the only energy fund being used is stout. You will certainly pass out. Also the body burns the least stout during sleep as the metabolic rate is resting at a fraction of its normal room. I hope I cleared this up. Please don’t pretend you know what you are talking about.

    WTF IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? They want you to exercise previous to eating? Are they trying to promote eating disorders? Do they want people to pass out on a morning jog from not having sufficient energy? You burn the most stout while you are sleeping. This is the largest load of bullshit I have ever heard.
