    Downside is, if you get your fruit way down from south america, there is a huge enviromental impact in the transport just to get you Fresh fruit.

    Are you serious? You need 50-60 grams of protein each day, depending on whether you are a woman or a man. That’s about 150 grams of chicken breast. That’s all the protein you need. Are you sure the body only needs protein to function right? Do you have any thought how many enzymes, minerals, and vitamins are needed in the million metabolic processes which take place every day?

    what a load. you eat what you are made of. its like if you are fixing a hole in a concrete wall, you dont use wood to try and patch the whole. same with fruit , you need to eat alot of protein in order to prevent muscle loss (using conrete to fix the whole in the concrete wall) and also some vegetables to get you vitamins and minerals. and as for protein in fruit, wouldnt you be better to eat red meat than to eat 500 apples to get the eaas that you can get from 150 grams of steak

    Nature is very fascinating. Take for example the date: It is very high in sugar but that does not mean that it is terrible for you. At the same time it contains minerals and fluor to protect the teeth and they also contain substances that lower the blood preasure. So, the sugar won’t affect you wickedly.
