    Rihgt now im going through a fase where i care more about my looks than anyhting i know thats mad nut i also wanna be healthy ive tried losing weight but gain it all back ive tried laying on my stomach when i watch tv instead of sitting im eating healthy i just wanna know what other exercises i can do at home thank u 2 compelling ur time and reading CAN U HELP ME???

    I noticed in this video that your activity suggestions were basically team sports. I permanently despised sports, but I had other ways of being active. You should do a vid that has a list of suggestions that would appeal to all kids.
    Some things I did that kept me active as a child & to this day are:
    Playing Drums, Canoe/Kayak, Build Anything I Could Reckon Of.
    I reckon the key to getting kids active, is to find out what their interests are. The last thing an overweight kid wants to do is play sports.

    I am not embarrassed to talk about my weight in any shape or form, but i am considered reasonably obese given the numbers. I am 5′ 7” and 247 lbs, but i am an avid weightlifter and i like my life and right now i am on a steady decrease in weight, slow, but steady. :)

    all you have to do as a teenager is eat healthy and find a sport you like and stab to it, that should keep you at a excellent weight. Also dredge up theres a difference between muscle and stout

    Fantastic job! If you’re still a vegetarian you certainly can incorporate fish, chicken and lean beef back into your diet.

    I started highschoolwearing XL Tshirts and size 36 pants, I joined soccer and swimming and my friend convinced me to go vegetarian. So I started to eat healthier and now its been a whole year and now im at 174 pounds so i’ve lost exactly 50 pounds and im plotting to go all the way down to 155 or 160.

    well about me I’m 11 yrs ancient 160cm and 130pounds and I got stout because of sweetie’s and staying the hole day in front of the computer…me and my friend are overweight but she doesn’t listen too me…I told her to stop eating sweetie’s and junk food and to come with me to go jog in the park but she just doesn’t do it and I lost about 6 pounds in one week by not eating any more sweetie’s and eating cereals with less sugar and of course exercising.

    I am 15 years ancient, 6 ft tall, and 188 lbs : ( I bit on the chubby side. I was 250 lbs though so I know what to do, I work out every day of my life, I absolutely like to work out. Basicly, If you want the best results eat 1500 cal aday, and walk 5 miles aday, that burns off 1/3 of your intake, stab to it, I lose 2-4 lbs a week now, I’ve lost over 60 lbs now.

    Heres what i would do , well what i m doing now …abit of advice fro you kids
    Obviously go on a diet and only stab to your three main meal Brekfast Lunch And Dinner no snacks inbetween
    Then pick leisure activity you like doing Dance/Basketball/Skateboarding Ext… And try do that for a our a day … then as time goes by Increase that to maybe 10 or 15 minutes per day . Now i am on 2 and a half hours a day of dance
    And then lower food part you have in your meals

    Smoking decreses your appetite which in turn makes you eat less.

    I am 11 and I weigh 85 pounds. It does’nt sound overweight but I look overweight. I exercise more and reduce calories but I am still a modest chubby. I am only 4/6
