I’m a nutrition student and was thinking about individual thoughts on “shape” and was wondering (nutrition or otherwise) what do you do that makes you feel/reckon/know you are healthy. it could be drinking 2 litres of water a day, exersizing, eating your fruit and veg, having a multivitamin or eating a clove of garlic, theres no “right or incorrect” answer, i’m just attracted in what poeple reckon makes them “healthy”.
