Question by answeer: Should I follow the P90x nutrition plot?
I’m just starting P90x and I reckon that the nutrition plot is geared toward stout people. I’m really skinny so I am trying to gain weight and muscle so I’m wondering if I should add more calories. Also i can’t afford beachbody’s supplements so I was wondering if compelling a multivitamin and whey protein instead is a excellent replacement? BTW I’m doing doubles because I want endurance for sports.

Since your trying to gain weight and your exercising a lot then you should start eating about 1000-2000 more calories per day
P90x is a very excellent exercise program that is excellent for stout and skinny people alike\
