The only reason for obesity is lazyness, SHIT diet, and lack of self control……….so stop complaining your stout, and go to the fucking gym!

  2. aaronmonto says:

@bobjoshilly wtf are you talking about?! if you were following the conversation at all you’d know because I mentioned it twice that I’m 6’5″ 160lbs. my only point was that diet played the main role in weight, which appears to be what you’re saying too… so I don’t follow.

  3. bobjoshilly says:

    you should lose weight. unadorned
dont msg me back with some bullshit answer about some problem you have because i dont care. just lose weight and become less of a piggy.

  4. bobjoshilly says:

they wont keep to it and will make excuses.
    fucking ignorant stout cunts.

  5. bobjoshilly says:

@lollipopfop and all stout people die previous to thin people.
stout is creepy and not natural at all……
also they smell, they take up too much room.
they are usually loud breathers. loud eaters. loud movers. loud everything.

  6. bobjoshilly says:

@aaronmonto obviously your a fatty with excuses.
exercise and diet type have EVERYTHING to do with it.
oh btw if you drink anything but water you instantly fail this argument
eat shape foods dont defile on carbs.
drink ONLY water or juice squeezed by yourself.
exercise for at least 1 hr a day
    dont drink alchol.
walk rather than taxi, bus, car.
get a bike. ride bike. win!
NO LOLLIES. NO SOFTDRINKS. NO CHOCOLATE. NO CHIPS NO CHEESE NO CREAM NO MARGARINE , im sick of all fatties. you talk shit

  7. lollipopfop says:

What does that have to do with cavemen? they probably spent most of their time hungry. I doubt they came home to food every day, and when there was food they probably had to eat as much as possible. Thats where we get the terrible reflexes from. Your point is absolutely incorrect, lightfromdark. You can exersize and eat healthy and get stout. You need to eat modest to be thin.

  8. lollipopfop says:

And the environment. aaronmonto is absolutely right. Metabolism has a lot to do with it. I often get undeweight(not on purpose) it happens when I don’t take care of myself and skip meals too often. So I know that works to lose weight, even if you don’t want it to.

  9. lollipopfop says:

Thats BS if you are stout your stomach has stretched uot. You need to feel hungry to lose weight. i know lots of people who do not eat healthy, but are thin. They just exersize, and they don’t eat when they are full. They realize that its yucky to feel stuffed after a meal. We call those normal people. And the thought that you can lose weight any other way but less calories is untrue.

  10. CCFitOrg says:

Really, eating less does help you lose weight. Place it in perspective though because you have to burn more calories than you eat in order for weight loss to take place. So if you eat less and exercise more you will lose weight. Most “diets” fail because they are a quick fix have a crack at a long term problem. Lifestyle change (i.e. eating and exercise habits) is the only ‘healthy’ way to lose weight. All the pills and box diets are a waste of money. Discipline, determination and persistence works!

  11. Heyitsbao says:

    i have a bmi of 31.7 im 215 and 5’9
    i have a 6 pack…
obviously this doesn’t apply to body builders

  12. LightRevealsDark says:

On more of a positive note – obese people who absorbedly want to lose weight, you will if you want it that wickedly, it’s not necessarily about diets and exercise its all about DETERMINATION, MOTIVATION, and REPETITION, these are the key components.

  13. LightRevealsDark says:

I was not insulting, it was a serious question, because you seemed to be under the impression I was agreeing with you when clearly in the text I was not, therefore assuming you were illiterate was appropriate.

RE: Obesity – What you are saying basically is, there is no hope for the obese and stout, and no matter what they eat, or how long they exercise they will permanently be the way they are.

Cool theory, maybe we should tell all the drug addicts to keep injecting, once a junkie permanently a junkie.

  14. aaronmonto says:

No need for insults there, bud. You predestined exercise, I saw diet. I’m saying meal size is the main reason for obesity. Nobody gets obese off of a couple sandwiches, a salad, and 8 cups of water a day. It just doesn’t happen. And I’m saying the way to losing it back again involves the same concept. The majority of exercise simply builds more body mass, and in succession extensive distances isn’t even excellent for you. In succession a lengthy won’t even burn off Thanksgiving dinner. It’s +- healthy, but a waste of time.

  15. LightRevealsDark says:

No I did not support your aforementioned proclamation, you said that people are still stout if they exercise and eat healthy, which I then interjected and made a point about the caveman era where nobody was stout. Are you illiterate?

  16. aaronmonto says:

You just supported my proclamation. And I couldn’t stand to lose another pound; as I said previous to, I’m 6’5″ (nearly 197cm) and 160lbs (about 73kg)… I eat like an absolute pig and NEVER exercise, but look like a Finnish Usain Bolt. Metabolism has a lot to do with it. There are ways to speed up your metabolism, but what’s worked for my family in particular is just plain eating less. In America we take the 32-ounce meals in restaurants and call it the norm, and it’s killing us and the economy.

  17. LightRevealsDark says:

In the paleolithic era do you reckon anyone was stout? When people had to hunt for food, kill prey and eat meat and produce wherever they could find. This applies directly to the abovementioned clip pertaining to the obesity epidemic, and me being an example does not lack in veracity or credence because I used to be a modest overweight myself. Aaron, you exercise, eat right and do it for 6 months continuously and tell me if there is a change in the body, there is no quick fix, its long and hard.

  18. aaronmonto says:

Oh really? Why is it that nearly every diet supplement simply either decreases your appetite or flushes you out? And why is it that the failed trials permanently happen to be the ones who gave up and gorged themselves? You can’t use yourself as an example for this kind of thing. People don’t get stout from being pigs. You can be a perfectly active person with an brilliant diet and still be overweight… It’s because they’re succumbing to hunger… exercise and diet type don’t permanently play the main role.

  19. LightRevealsDark says:

Eating less does not lose weight, that is incorrect. It is by eating the RIGHT foods, and eating heaps of it, will lose weight. When you starve yourself the body runs into survival mode and whatever you eat will turn into stout. So if I do not eat for 10 hours, the food will immediately store into my stout cells, thereby not losing any weight, so a banana would be just as terrible as eating a burger according to this situation. Eat regularly and eat right. I weigh at 150 pounds and my height is 5’10.

  20. aaronmonto says:

Well, the only way to lose real weight is simply to eat less. But it’s certainly right some gain weight simpler than others, and the only explanation is that the body metabolizes food differently… Which can certainly be clarified by genetics… every body function can be defined by that… But, it’s whether that’s vital that matters. Our shape care system is certainly corrupt, and it’s costing us a fortune. Socialism wouldn’t even save us from it.

  21. LightRevealsDark says:

    Also, RE: Genetic obesity.

If you believe there is such a thing then you indeed are living in denial. Genetic obesity is just another term doctors use to decrease motivation for those who do want to lose weight. But hang on, why would they lie? What is their motive?

Reasonably simply, obese people are having chronic shape issues, doctors get paid, pharmaceutical companies are paid and this cycle is on a continuance. Therefore break free from the chain my fellow brethren!

  22. LightRevealsDark says:

I have tips for the obese and stout community.

Tip1: Eliminate bread, dairy, sugar and salt from your diet today!
Tip2: Buy as many vegetables and fruit as you can at the shops
Tip3: Buy all nuts and seeds (except cashews and peanuts) – they are not a nut perse.
Tip4: Buy some fish, steak, chicken, and some turkey slices at the deli.
Tip5: Go home and throw all junk in the bin.
Tip6: Start becoming active, walking, run, bike riding, martial arts.
Tip7: eat till your hearts content.

  23. watchingurvidz says:

im only a year younger than you then…

  24. aaronmonto says:

That’s probably because you’re young, you modest turd. It’s usually only kids with a low stout matabolism that get stout at a young age, and it’s usually genetic too. I guarantee that if you pigged out in your 30′s, you’d gain a few pounds to say the least. I’m 16, 6’5, 160lbs, and I eat more than a lion and never do anything; I have a body stout percentage of 5.
